What's the turnaround time?

The turnaround time for producing your custom cable is 1 week.

How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout but can also be checked beforehand on our shipping page.

How do you ship?

Tracked and untracked shipments are send out with DPD and BPOST respectively.

Can I get a refund?

As these cables are custom made according to your spec refunds can only be given when the cable is defective.

What's your warranty policy?

All cables come with a 30 day warranty. If the cable breaks after this period please contact us.
